1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to services provided by Tech Trendify ("we", "us", "our"), operating at tech.trendifyblogs.com. By enquiring with us, requesting a quote, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide website design and development, including business websites, real estate websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores, custom PHP/Laravel applications, API development, redesign and maintenance. The exact scope of each project is defined in a written proposal/quote agreed before work begins.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting prices for typical projects. Final pricing depends on project requirements, pages, functionality and integrations, and is confirmed in a written quote before work begins. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote.

4. Payments

Payment terms are stated in the individual proposal. Typically a deposit is required before work starts and the balance is due on completion/delivery. Payments may be made via the methods agreed for the project. A refund policy is available here.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide, in a timely manner, the content, logos, text, images and approvals we reasonably need to complete the project. Delays in providing content or approvals may extend the timeline. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide.

6. Design and approval

We will show design direction and, where agreed, a homepage concept. Once you approve a design or feature, changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work.

7. Timelines

We provide realistic estimates based on scope and content availability. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may change if content is delayed or the scope changes.

8. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the custom code and design created specifically for your project is transferred to you, subject to third-party software licenses (e.g., frameworks and libraries remain under their own licenses). You own your content and branding.

9. No guarantee of specific results

We build websites to be professional, fast and SEO-friendly. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business results, as these depend on many factors beyond our control (competition, advertising, market conditions).

10. Support and maintenance

Basic support after launch is limited to fixing issues that are part of the delivered scope for the period stated in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance is provided through our paid maintenance plans, as described on our services pages.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Upon termination, you pay for work completed up to that date; we deliver work products for which payment has been received.

13. Third-party services

Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business or analytics tools. These are subject to their own terms and we are not responsible for outages or changes by those providers.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi NCR.
